Refund policy

Returns for Purchases made from PackNBag We generally do not accept refunds or returns for change of mind purposes. We encourage customers to obtain a sample of their products before purchase to ensure satisfaction. You can order samples on our product pages or contact us at 03 9357 9468 for further assistance. If you encounter any issues with the products you've ordered, please reach out to our customer service team promptly, and they will guide you through available options.

In compliance with Australian consumer law, PackNBag does not accept exchanges or refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of mind (e.g., no longer require the boxes or ordered too many of a particular product)
  • Ordering the wrong item (e.g., the packaging purchased from PackNBag was too large or small for your needs)
  • Finding the goods cheaper elsewhere
  • Being aware of the relevant fault before buying the goods (e.g., sample stock)
  • Damaging the goods by misusing them (e.g., folding products incorrectly)
  • Resulting from any delays by a courier

What if the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered? We take utmost care to ensure our goods are of the highest quality. However, if you find that one of our products is faulty or we have not delivered what you ordered, we are committed to helping you resolve the issue. Returns will be accepted for products purchased online if they are faulty or if the products delivered do not match your order. All claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be received within 5 days from the date of dispatch.

PackNBag may request further information or photographs via email to assess your situation and expedite the resolution process. All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be returned to PackNBag for an official assessment by our product development team.

How long will it take to get a refund if approved? Once your goods have been received by PackNBag, please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed back to your account. The receipt of your refund will depend on the period of time it takes your financial institution to finalize the refund.
